Eligibility for Refund:
At Mallabhum Infotech, every project is handled with care and professionalism to meet client expectations. However, if a client wishes to cancel a project, refund eligibility will be determined based on the following conditions:
Advance Payment Policy
To initiate a project, clients must pay 30% of the total cost as an advance. Refunds on advance payments are subject to:
- Full Refund: If the client cancels the project within 2 days of making the advance payment.
- No Refund: If the cancellation occurs after 2 days, the advance payment is non-refundable.
Refund Conditions Based on Project Progress
- Full Refund: If the project has not been started or is not delivered as per the agreed terms.
- Partial Refund: If the project is already in progress and the client cancels midway, 25% of the total advance payment will be non-refundable.
- No Refund: Once the project is successfully delivered and full payment has been made, no refund will be provided.
